Hi Paulina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
With over a decade of experience in marketing and social media, I help businesses craft strategic, engaging content that builds their brand and connects with their audience. Originally from Florida, I now call Heber City, Utah, home—balancing my career as a freelance social media manager with being a mom of two.
I’m passionate about storytelling, design, and creating digital strategies that make an impact. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me painting, exploring the outdoors, or spending quality time with my family and friends.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like any journey, my career has had its twists and turns, but I’ve truly enjoyed the ride. I took some time off to focus on my family, which was an incredible experience. Now that I’m back, I’m loving every moment of diving back into my work. Connecting with clients, crafting creative strategies, and helping brands grow has reminded me why I’m so passionate about what I do. The balance of family and career isn’t always easy, but for me, it’s been completely worth it.

I’m a freelance social media manager and content creator, working with a variety of businesses like retail stores, restaurants, concierge services, interior design, and more. Unlike a big agency, I offer a personalized approach, taking the time to understand my clients, their brand, and their goals. Their success is my success, and I take pride in creating unique strategies that help them grow and thrive online.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
My best advice for networking and finding a mentor is to stop viewing others as competition and start seeing them as inspiration. Connect with those who motivate you to improve, share valuable insights, and push you to grow. Some of my best opportunities have come from building genuine relationships with others in the industry.
We’re stronger as a community, and there’s room for everyone to succeed. Engage with people you admire, ask questions, and offer value in return. When we support each other instead of competing, we all rise together.
