Today we’d like to introduce you to Robyn Warner.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hey, I’m Robyn. Also known as Rob, Roberto, Rob-dawg, and Hoobaskank (don’t ask).
I am a recent single mother of four small children, serial entrepreneur; and CEO/co-founder of 4 companies:
■ The ComeUNITY: A wellness Company for women who are ready to heal and grow.
■ Let’s Glow: A teeth whitening company.
■ The Brave talk show: A podcast for real women wanting real conversation.
■ And safety guru of Safe by Robyn™️, a women’s self-defense company/public speaker/online course.
When I’m not burning casseroles or changing dirty diapers, I’m running several businesses and chasing my dreams as an entrepreneur. Outside of motherhood, my biggest passion is empowering and protecting women through safety advocacy, gathering like-minded women together to grow and heal, and having fun!
I feel like my healing journey has been a series of cycles. Once I feel like I have my trauma under control- Bam: a brutal sexual assault. He is rotting in prison by the way.
Bam- dealing with spouses’ addictions, lies, and betrayal.
Bam- friend loss.
Bam- family betrayal.
Bam- faith expansion and transformation out of organized religion.
Bam-a devastating divorce.
Bam- single mothering.
Bam- dating again #terrifying.
The truth is, my healing journey never really started nor ended. It’s a constant state of going within, healing, self-awareness, forgiveness, grief, loss, and love. It can be a complex thing, but I’m excited to bring the tools and modalities that have helped me, to YOU! Let’s heal together.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I call myself a serial entrepreneur because I have my hands in a few different things that I call “work’. Outside of being a mother, which is my most cherished role, I am known for being the “safety queen”.
I have been able to talk and teach tens of thousands of women and children how to be “Prepared, not Scared”.
Whether you have taken my online course, seen my online safety tips, or heard me speak— I hope that you left feeling empowered and prepared. I feel proud of my safety advocacy because I know it has saved lives and will continue to do so. What sets me apart from other “self-defense” teachers or experts is that I am a woman, I survived a brutal sexual assault, and I Am a mother… together, this gives me a unique and powerful perspective and knowledge.
Outside of safety work, I find so much passion in gathering link-minded women together to connect and grow. The ComeUNITY is my platform of healing and brings me so much fulfillment. We use somatic healing, connection, and fun to make unique healing experiences for women. We have taken women from Southern Utah to Hawaii on weekend retreats to foster personal growth, healing, relaxation, and fun. I also coach women using my trials and experiences. It is beautiful.
