Check Out Tiffany Frazier’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Frazier.

Hi Tiffany, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My husband has worked in commercial construction and real estate for nearly 30 years — renting space is what we do.

In 2018, we watched a large barn in Alpine be transformed into a wedding venue, and our daughters were completely captivated. They would ask us to pull over just to watch the bride and groom exit during their send-off. There was something undeniably magical about it.

When our oldest daughter got married, we chose Knot & Pine for her wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful. After that experience, I told my husband that owning a wedding venue felt like a natural extension of what we already did — still renting space, but in a far more meaningful way. It also felt like something we could build together as a family. The only requirement was that it be close to home, which made Knot & Pine the perfect fit.

Soon after, the opportunity to purchase the venue presented itself, and everything moved quickly. While we entered the wedding industry with little experience, our incredible team helped guide us, and we quickly learned that this work is about far more than renting space — it’s about stewarding one of the most important days in someone’s life.

We believe deeply in marriage and in the strength of family, and we feel honored to play even a small role in the beginning of that journey. What started as a business decision has become something much more meaningful.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey hasn’t always been smooth. When we originally purchased the business, we did so with partners, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out as we had hoped, and we ultimately parted ways after a year. We suddenly found ourselves carrying much more responsibility than we had originally anticipated.

It was a challenging year of regrouping, learning, and finding our rhythm, but it also taught us a lot about perseverance and partnership. Honestly, we feel like we are just getting started — and more excited than ever for what’s ahead.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
One of the most remarkable features of our venue is its natural beauty. Even without florals or added décor, an event here would still feel absolutely stunning. The reclaimed wood, 14-foot iron doors, exposed metal beams, and expansive windows create a warm yet dramatic atmosphere. When the twinkle lights glow overhead, the entire space feels magical. I especially love when people use real candles in the space. It is so romantic!

A true showstopper is the bride’s entrance when we open the huge iron doors just before the she walks down the aisle — it’s one of those unforgettable moments that gives everyone chills.

Our events range from small, intimate gatherings to large, over-the-top celebrations, and the space transforms beautifully for each one. However, we don’t just host weddings! Corporate events, celebrity baby showers and holiday parties are also hosted at our venue. We’re especially excited that the music video for “The Momma Song” by Benson Boone was filmed at our venue — such an incredible experience for our team.

What are your plans for the future?
We are working hard to create a more all-inclusive experience for our clients. Our goals include expanding our preferred vendor lists, offering more décor options, and finding ways to host events beyond weddings. We would love to welcome more corporate gatherings and see the venue bustling six nights a week. This fall, we’re especially excited to host a community event, giving neighbors and local families the chance to enjoy the space they drive by every day — many of whom have never even stepped inside.
