Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started in the Medical Aesthetic Industry by coincidence after completing Graduate school as a Family Nurse Practitioner studying reproductive medicine and working for IHC for 16 years. I started my first Medspa in 2015 and now have multiple locations. I started my training program Medical Aesthetic Art Institute in 2018 and took it to the top by being voted best training institute of the year in 2021 and 7 figures within 3 years and debt free. We have grown via word of mouth nationwide with 5-star reviews
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
NO!!! Success is all things…highs and lows, laughter and tears Employees leaving, living out of a suitcase, being lonely at the top. After winning first place, we had a lot of haters and new competition
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I created the first complication training course and kit for the Medical Aesthetic Industry “Aesthetic ER” (registered trademarked), and it is still the only one of its kind. I created a Medical Director program for the state of Utah and Nevada I am very driven and can outwork anyone…often burning out my personal assistants along way, unfortunately. My passion fuels me, and it gives me unstoppable energy.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Risk creating Aesthetic ER when it has never been done before. It took me 3 years to complete, loads of research, attorney meetings, designing the kit with china, etc.
