Elegant Brow and Spa was initially founded by Sabina Pandey and Sujata Lamichhane in 2020, with a focused offering of threading services. They envisioned a place where clients could experience high-quality, precise threading in a welcoming and relaxing environment. The venture started small, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction at its core.
Shortly after the business’s inception, I joined the team, bringing my background as a nurse and my passion for the beauty field to the mix. The three of us formed a strong partnership, united by our shared vision of creating a premier beauty destination. My nursing experience has given me a unique perspective on the importance of care, precision, and customer well-being, which complements our commitment to delivering exceptional beauty services.
As we began to build our client base, it became clear that our customers were looking for more than just threading services. They wanted a full spectrum of esthetic services that would allow them to meet all their beauty needs in one place. Listening to our customers, we expanded our service offerings to include eyelash extensions, whole-body waxing, eyelash and eyebrow lamination, facials, and more. This expansion not only met our customers’ expectations but also attracted a broader clientele.
Our journey has been one of continuous learning and adaptation. We’ve invested in training and certification for our team to ensure that we provide the highest quality of services. We’ve also upgraded our facilities to create a more comfortable and luxurious experience for our clients.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the future. We plan to introduce permanent makeup services, which have been in high demand, and are exploring opportunities to extend our business to multiple locations. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
t has not been a smooth road, but we are doing well. Like any business, we faced our share of challenges. Initially, attracting a steady stream of clients was difficult as we worked to establish our reputation. Expanding our services required significant investment in training and equipment, which was a financial strain at times. Additionally, navigating the complexities of running a business during the COVID-19 pandemic posed unexpected obstacles. However, through resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to our vision, we overcame these hurdles. Today, we are proud of how far we’ve come and are excited for the future growth and success of Elegant Brow and Spa.
