Today we’d like to introduce you to Cody Ray.
Hi Cody, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Starting off as a professional skier from Winter Park, Colorado, I found myself gravitating towards Park City, as it seemed that the best of the best trained out here. After injury after injury, the competition side of skiing lost a bit of interest to me, and I quickly found interest in selling real estate. A new competition and a new industry to push myself in.
While still maintaining a ski career, and participating in a few well-known ski movies, I have also been able to find success in being a Real Estate Agent in Park City. I have found that I have been able to bridge the gap between a high-level athlete, as well as a high-level competitor in the business world.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Being a competitor my whole life, I have always been used to challenges and struggles. I prefer not to focus on them but instead, learn and grow from them. Not dwelling on challenges or struggles has always been one of my best traits, and I choose to channel my energy towards success. A smooth road for me, always!
We’ve been impressed with The Wild Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Real Estate! You want to buy a home? I’m your guy. You want to sell a home? I’m your guy. Interested in developing land? I’m your guy.
I focus mostly in the Park City Real Estate market, and I would say I am known for my expertise in luxury markets. I bring a creative marketing strategy to help all of my clients get the most for their homes, as well as bringing an expansive reach through social media. While marketing new properties, I think about what every other real estate professional is doing, and find ways I can innovate the field. I want to bring new flavor, ideas, and creativity to the space. I understand that selling or buying a home can be stressful, but I do my best to make it FUN and EXCITING.

I am always there for my clients and am always excited to help them achieve their Real Estate Goals. No matter what the budget, I go above and beyond and always bring my best.
