Hi Darrin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I decided to create a future for myself and my family by building a business. I chose mobile auto detailing for a few reasons.
1. I enjoy cleaning cars & trucks.
2. Not a large investment to get started. It was more than I thought. LOL
3. The instant gratification of a clean car and a happy customer.
In the beginning, I advertised on Google, Yelp & a local billboard. Within days the phone started ringing. I strived to give all my customers more than they expected. I started getting a lot of return customers and monthly contracts. Since that time, I have started doing semi-trucks/trailers as well as Motorhomes and even small aircraft.
I have had to expand to keep up with the demand. I now have 2 trucks running and if things keep going, we will add another truck sometime this year.
We treat every vehicle as if it was our own. I guess you could say that is our motto.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Some months you have trucks breaking down. Equipment that breaks and needs to be replaced. Financially, there have been some struggles. One month, you will think everything is great and then you will have some breakdowns and then you think not so great.

Splash is a mobile wash & detailing service. We serve clients within a 50-mile radius around St. George, UT. We specialize in restoring the exterior and interior of a vehicle to an as new-like condition as possible without replacing parts, upholstery, or repainting. We shampoo carpets and Upholstery. Clean and condition interior leather, vinyl & plastics.
We buff out light scratches on exterior paint as well as polish the paint, wax, condition exterior plastics, polish exterior chrome, we strive to be on time & dependable. We are honest and treat every vehicle like it was our own. We give the customer more than they expect for the price.
