Hi Isabella Magdala, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I was born at El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz, Andalucía, Spain) in a family where men had the independence, recognition and money and women were behind them with family but not developing a professional career.
When I was a teenager, I decided to reach, keeping my essence as a woman, those abilities, and develop the best version of myself following my passion: Psychology. To me, it was a way of honoring my roots: Developing my freedom and independence as a woman also in a financial way.
Step by step I was falling in love with living life as a continue experience of developing the inner self. I realized that what happened outside was a reflect of what had happened inside. After to have a clinic for 10 years, I needed a break to explore another side of myself and, following the flow of life, I went to Switzerland and I learnt Italian. There I started my passion for languages but I was so shy with English, almost I could not speak English.
After a few years, I started teaching workshops in Spanish and Italian in several countries about psychology, spirituality, personal growth, and sexology. But, one day, I decided to buy a few essential oils from Young Living. When I received them, I knew I wanted to develop my own team because God brought into my hands that project. In 3 months, I was the business person who had the biggest growth in the company in Spain. After that, the company started asking me for conferences in English to teach more members and, even if I was full of fears about language, I was so grateful and I looked that as opportunity of go further my fears and growing as person. Then I always said: Yes! They didn’t know but they were helping me to go ahead even if I was shy and finally, I had been in front of thousands of people as English speaker in conventions around Europe.
Over time, I wrote 3 books in Spanish but also in Italian and they are around the world in so many countries (even EEUU). Also, I developed a worldwide team of networking with 4.000 people at the moment where essential oils are the main product. And I have online clients in Spanish, Italian and English.
Currently, I could say that dreams come true and, sometimes, if we follow the flow of life and the deeper desires, it’s still bigger that we can imagine. For example, I never thought to write for an amazing magazine as Voyage Utah is or to visit Salt Lake City once per year because I work in a company based there! For it, follow your dreams, keep going even when you feel lost, love yourself always, go deeper in your inner self, develop the best version of yourself and let’ God guide His plan to you, give always the best of you, open your heart and enjoy every single second of this amazing gift called: Life.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Believe in ourselves is the most powerful thing but not always is easy. Sometimes we need to go further and transform old patterns for beliefs who make us more able of living the life that we really desire.
Creativity for managing different projects but also a project of thousands of people. Every person is different and to find connections points is very important to make a team grows.
Instead of complain, be grateful even when we don’t understand what is happening. Being grateful and give value to every single moment make us connect with a higher frequency, we are more receptive to make dreams come true.

I try to understand which are the preferences and we work like a team to make his dreams come true.
