Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenneth King
Hi Kenneth, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been a business owner since 1991 and have always had a love of bikes and the great outdoors. I have lived in Southern Utah for 16 years and loves exploring the area.
After 29 years of owning and operating my own pool service business in Las Vegas and Mesquite, NV, I reached the “burn out” point in my career. I knew I needed to make a change for myself and my family.
I have been an avid bicycle enthusiast my whole life. A few years ago, I began to search for a new business that I could get into. I knew I wanted it to be in the sports industry. As I searched the internet for a compatible business, I kept my angle focused towards bicycles. And then, Voilà, there it was. an eBike rental business.
Because of my love for the outdoors and our location in beautiful Southern Utah, I decided to pursue this dream. I hope at some point, everyone can enjoy an eBike “experience”! It is exhilarating and allows people of all ages to enjoy the outdoors like no other way. It opens up so many riding opportunities and terrain. Come join us in this new lifestyle!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As with any new business, we have had our struggles. In 5 years, we have had to switch locations a few times and a lot of eBike rental companies have moved into the Zion area.
After a lot of hard work and many hours (we work 7 days a week and up to 12 hours per day for 8 months), my wife and I are now back on track to running a successful and fun business!

We operate eBike rentals in both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Experiencing an eBike ride in both parks is amazing and our customers love the experience! We were the first eBike only business to open in Zion!
We partner with Bryce Canyon Scenic Tours in the Bryce area and it has been a fantastic partnership. It is also a small, family owned and operated business that strives to help their customers have the vacation of a lifetime.
Our shop in Zion is operated by myself and my wife, Keri. We do not have any employees so our customers only interact with us when renting eBikes. In 2023, we also opened a gift shop and have loved being able to help our customers find the perfect souvenir to take home for themselves, a friend or family member!
In 2024, we started offering tours in Zion with the help of our Bryce Canyon Scenic Tour partners. It has been a great addition to our business.

- Zion 2 hour rentals – $50 (single rider bike) – $65 (2 seater bike)
- Zion 4 hour rentals – $69 – $79
- Zion 6 hour rentals – $79 – $89
- Zion 8 hour rentals – $89 – $99
