Today we’d like to introduce you to Zuzana Brown.
Hi Zuzana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m originally from Slovakia, and for most of my childhood, I never saw myself as someone “good at sports.” Movement didn’t come naturally to me, at least not the way I thought it was supposed to. Everything changed when I moved to the United States and actually had more time for myself. I fell in love with mountains, and hiking became my everyday routine. Being out on the trails, feeling my body grow stronger, and experiencing how energizing and empowering movement could be completely transformed my relationship with fitness.
That spark grew into a passion for mindful movement, yoga, Pilates, strength training, and simply moving in ways that feel good and support a healthier, more balanced life. I learned that you don’t have to be athletic growing up to build a strong, confident, capable body. You just have to start, stay curious, and find movement that makes you feel amazing afterward.
My goal is to help others discover that same feeling. In my workouts, I focus on accessible, functional movements that build strength, mobility, and confidence. I want you to finish each session feeling better, physically, mentally, and emotionally, than when you started. If I can help you fall in love with moving your body the way I did, then I’ve done my job.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Language was one of the main obstacle. English is my second language and even though I had English at school for many years I never built confidence to talk to people without thinking how my English sounds. Building something far from your home and base is not easy.

At Home Flow is a wellness brand created to help busy moms and beginners make time for movement that feels good and fits real life. I offer short, effective yoga and mat Pilates workouts designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence—without long sessions or overwhelming routines.

My classes focus on consistency over intensity and connection over perfection, helping women feel stronger, happier, and more at home in their bodies. This brand is about sustainable movement, self-care without guilt, and reminding women that even a little time for themselves makes a big difference.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5–10 years, I see At Home Flow growing into a nationwide—and eventually international—wellness brand that supports women wherever they are in their journey. My goal is to make accessible, time-efficient yoga and mat Pilates available to busy moms and beginners around the world.
Beyond online classes, I envision At Home Flow expanding into on-demand programs, collaborations, retreats, and community-based experiences that bring women together through movement. At its core, the brand will continue to stand for realistic self-care, sustainable fitness, and empowering women to feel strong, confident, and connected—no matter where they live.
