

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rylee White.
Rylee, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Growing up, my Dad was the one to foster my love for food! We would always throw around restaurant ideas whenever we could. When my family traveled to Europe in 2019, I started getting obsessed with Charcuterie and wanted to bring it here to the US. I made my first board in 2020 and ever since then I have been making charcuterie boards!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Learning to start a business from scratch has come with many challenges. From learning how to price my tables to learning how to manage my time, I have had to figure out little things along the way. But I love it! It keeps my brain busy and I love figuring out how to move forward!

My business started as a charcuterie catering business and is slowly transitioning into a food styling business! I love finding creative ways to display food, it has always been a passion of mine! I think what sets me apart from the others is my passion for farm to table displays. I really emphasize the importance of knowing your farmer and where possible supporting local
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Yes! You have to just go for it. You will not know all the answers right away. You will not know what you are doing half the time. You just have to move forward and be willing to make mistakes along the way!
