Hi Dan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
The Fox Brother’s Band are based in Salt Lake City, UT. They are no strangers to making a long-lasting first impression. The band writes music from the heart with powerful hooks and personal stories. Every show the band sets out to bring energy and their love for country rock music. Each member of the band brings an influence and style that is never held back on stage or in the studio. The Fox Brother’s Band made their debut at The Westerner Club in SLC over 8 years ago. Only until recently this year had the band started to write original music to record. The Fox Brother’s Band released their first single, “Wouldn’t Change A Thing” on August 17th this year. The band is planning to record several new singles to release in the near future. You can find The Fox Brother’s Band all over the valley playing at various fairs, festivals and nightclubs.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Just like any other relationship or band, there will always be challenges and struggles to be encountered. One of the struggles has been learning to compromise for each other. Not everyone will see eye to eye in some given situations. But we have grown to respect each other over the years. When you have traveled and endured each other for a long period of time, that bond solidifies further.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Each member of the band has a unique background in music. Our lead singer, Colter, is greatly influenced by traditional country music. Colter’s voice brings a deeper connection to the country music genre. The lead guitarist, Dan, is heavily influenced by Rock and Roll music as well as some Classical music. The drummer, Kenny, is primarily influenced by progressive rock music. While Michael, the bassist, is a classically trained musician starting at the age of 5. But every member of the band brings a sound to the audience that has never really been done before within the country rock genre. The band is known for their upbeat and big sound. The Fox Brother’s Band is proud of their newly released single, “Wouldn’t Change A Thing,” which is now available on all streaming platforms.
