Hi Josh, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Quality Billiards & Game Rooms has been in business here in SLC since 1972 and we are celebrating our 56th year in business. I took over the business about 7 years ago just before covid happened.
We are in a new state of the art showroom that is a great interactive showroom where customers can test demo and play all the games.
We handle all the logistics from start to finish on everything we sell.
Prior to this I was a professional helictioper pilot and had a wide range of experinces in that field.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has been interesting – we are in pleasure spending and very closely tied to the housing market. No one could have known what covid was going to do and we fortunately did well through covid but after covid ended and cost of living continues to go up we had to get smart and even more competitive in a variety of areas – so I would not call it smooth but definately steady with hurdles along the way.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I was a professional helictoper pilot (all civilian . non military) prior to buying Quality Billiards & Game Rooms in Sept. 2019 – I have alwasys been around and in sales so it comes naturally to work with customers and provide them with a top shelf customer experience from the moment they walk in the door to when my installers install their game room equipment.

We are the best at what we do, when I took over we had 36 reviews on Google and now we are at almost 650 reviews and a 4.9 star rating.
I am proud of my employees and what we acccomplish on a daily basis, we love to see happy customers and we do everything in our power to make that happen.
