Hi Belle, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My Story
I started my design journey at the University of Utah, certain that I would pursue architecture. But early on, I realized what drew me in most were the interiors. So I followed that pull and decided to try my hand at interior design.
In my early twenties, while still in school, I began interning at Lisman Studio. Just two weeks later, I was offered a position as Design Assistant. From there, I grew into every role the studio had to offer, ultimately serving as Director of Design in my final year.
I spent 19 years at Lisman Studio, where I was mentored by LaMar Lismar. He was a guiding influence who shaped my approach to design, leadership, and the stories spaces can tell. I’m deeply grateful for the foundation he provided.
In 2024, I decided it was time to create something of my own, and that’s when I launched The Haus of Alchemy.
Today, I design environments that express identity, elevate experience, and feel alive with intention. And I can say wholeheartedly: I love what I do.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Design comes with its challenges, and no two days are ever the same. It requires resilience and a commitment to stay inspired, even when the process is complex.

The Haus of Alchemy is a boutique interior design studio specializing in high-end commercial and residential environments, including hospitality, workplace, multifamily, and private homes. The focus is on branding through interiors: creating spaces that don’t just look beautiful, but tell a story, express identity, and shape how people feel the moment they enter.
