Hi Brittany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
321 Click Photo Booth started because I genuinely love the nostalgic, traditional photo booth experience. There’s something special about stepping into a booth, being silly with a few friends, and walking away with a photo strip in your hand. I’ve kept my own photo booth strips for years, and I’ve always noticed how those little strips tend to stick around for others as well— on fridges, tucked into car dashboards, or saved in memory boxes — and how they instantly bring back memories and smiles. I wanted to create that experience for other people at events and that’s how 321 Click was born.
My first booth was a leap of faith. I poured my heart into learning every part of the process — from the technical side of the equipment to designing custom photo strips, curating props, and creating an experience that felt intentional and polished rather than “just another photo booth.” Word of mouth started to spread quickly, and one event led to the next.
As the business grew, so did my vision. I invested in unique camera styles, and high-quality prints using the latest technology because I wanted our booths to feel like they fit at the most intimate weddings and at large corporate events. Over time, I have had the opportunity to work with incredible clients, brands, and venues, which pushes me to continue raising the bar.
Today, 321 Click Photo Booth is something I’m incredibly proud of. It’s still very personal to me — every event matters, every design is customized, and every client experience is important. What started as a creative passion has grown into a business that allows me to be part of some of life’s biggest celebrations, and that’s something I don’t take lightly.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not. It has not been a smooth road — not even close.
Building this business meant learning a lot of things the hard way, especially when it came to technology and running a business while also balancing family life. There were many late nights spent testing equipment, troubleshooting programs, and trying to figure out why something that worked perfectly the night before suddenly didn’t work at all. I have an entire camera roll full of exhausted photos of myself sitting there, testing different programs, resetting printers, checking Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connections, and hoping everything would magically cooperate.
There were also plenty of moments of trial and error — ideas that didn’t work, setups that needed rethinking, and more than a few prayers over equipment before events. It definitely wasn’t always pretty in the beginning. I joke all the time that those first 100 events took about 10 years off my life — mostly from equipment acting up while a line of guests holding fake mustaches watched me troubleshoot in real time — but each one taught me something. Now, I’ve built a really well-oiled machine. Issues are rare these days, and if something does pop up, I know exactly how to fix it quickly to keep everything running smoothly.
