Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My story is one of grit, growth, and grace.
I didn’t come from privilege, connections, or a well-lit path. I lost both of my parents in my early 20s—first my mother, then shortly after my father—and was thrust into adulthood with grief in my heart and no safety net under my feet. I had no choice but to figure it out. I worked full-time, paid my own way through college, and earned a degree in aviation management with a business emphasis.

I entered the high-pressure world of air traffic control—a field dominated by Type-A personalities, fast decisions, and constant stress. As a young Latina woman, I had to fight to be taken seriously. But I thrived under pressure. I became known not only for my calm under pressure and leadership in crisis, but also for my ability to teach. I trained and certified more new controllers than the facility expected, mentoring rookies with a mix of structure, strategy, and support. I was the one people turned to when things got messy—because I had a reputation for getting things done, solving problems, and somehow keeping it fun. I kept learning, growing, investing, and building wealth.
Still… something felt off.
I was making six figures, but I was unfulfilled.
I was successful on paper, but silently burning out.
And when the pandemic hit in 2020, everything unraveled.
Leadership in my industry failed. My marriage was struggling. I felt like I was withering away in a system that didn’t value humanity, purpose, or vision. And for the first time in my life—I listened to the whisper in my soul that said: This is not where your story ends. You were made for more.
So, I walked away from everything I knew and followed a calling I could no longer ignore.
I founded Creating Greatness LLC to help others rise the way I had to—through the fire, through the pressure, and into purpose. I turned my pain into power and my lessons into a mission: to help entrepreneurs build real businesses with strategy, clarity, and heart. I took all the strategy, business knowledge, leadership, communication, and teaching ability I’d spent years mastering—and I use it to help other entrepreneurs rise. I started to seek mentors and more education, and training, because I believe we never stop learning. Education is a seed—it grows your capacity, sharpens your mind, and increases the value you bring to the world.
I poured myself into personal development, became a Senior Leader with Tony Robbins, and deepened my knowledge of mindset, behavior, and business. I fused it all together into what I do now: helping entrepreneurs lead powerfully, grow sustainably, and create businesses that reflect not just their goals—but their values.
Today, I coach business owners who are doing all the things—but still feel stuck, disorganized, or overwhelmed. I help them get clear on strategy, build the systems and structure they need, master their mindset, and grow their leadership skills and their business. I’ve helped clients go from scattered to six-figures, from burnout to balance, from doubt to unstoppable confidence.
This path hasn’t been easy, in fact sometimes it’s been brutal—but it’s been beautiful. And every piece of it has made me who I am.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely no—it hasn’t been a smooth road.
It’s been a wild, gut-wrenching, terrifying yet beautiful ride.
The kind of journey that humbles you, tests you, and refines you in fire and under pressure.
I’ve been criticized more times than I can count.
I’ve had people try to make me feel small, unworthy, even ashamed of myself.
I’ve encountered narcissists who tried to manipulate, use, and exploit me.
I’ve been overlooked, doubted, laughed at, mocked, and misunderstood.
I’ve watched others steal my ideas and spread poison about me behind my back.
And I’ve had to navigate the crushing weight of being everything to everyone—business owner, wife, mother, woman, and human.
There were nights I cried in silence, wondering if I was cut out for this.
Days I have overreacted and said a few extra swear words, questioned if my sanity, my choices.
Moments I felt like I was failing at all of it.
But here’s the thing…
I didn’t stop.
I kept going.
I grew.
I learned.
I healed.
And in the middle of all the pain—there was grace. There was faith, purpose, joy.
I get to help people. I get to witness incredible breakthroughs. I get to lead my children by example and show them that we can do hard things with love and integrity.
This path has given me tools I never knew I needed.
It’s given me experience to help, stories that can transform and even save lives.
It’s given me wisdom I never could’ve learned in a textbook.
It’s given me, me.
The road has been anything but easy—but it’s been worth it.
Because every tear, every trial, every betrayal—it all became part of the transformation I now get to help others walk through. And that is a blessing I am eternally grateful for.
