Hi Heather, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
From very early on, I felt guided and inspired to help others. It is something that I thoroughly enjoy. I am an artist by nature and heart. I love to create things, I love to go on adventures, alone and with others. Meeting people and creating a relationship and connections helps fulfill all our purposes in life. I enjoy working with a variety of ages, from the very young to the very old. As a health-conscious woman, I would want everyone to live their best fulfilled life, to be happy, healthy, and whole as well as to prosper and in turn, help others. Over my life, I have explored a variety of options. Being a mother and wife, I am a businesswoman at heart. I am able to analyze what works well and what doesn’t. It is always important to try your best. My specialties range from being a health and home coach including energetic alchemy, to being a photographer, author, and designer of specialty products. I love fashion, design and coffee. Waking up with a positive attitude each and every day is what got me to where I am today.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In my own heart, it has mostly been a smooth road. I’ve always taken time to meditate and think about the ideas I have been inspired by. Unfortunately, we have all incurred some type of interruption and negativity from time to time that does not make it as smooth of a road as it could’ve been. The key is to not pay such close attention to that negativity and to remedy the interruptions. The other key is to always follow your heart no matter what, to be mindful of yourself and your family. To always know what is important and what is not.

In my business, I have combined all of my artistic, creative abilities along with my services and business offerings. I am not the type of person to own a business that limits myself to one thing only.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite memory is the way that I was interested in the universe. And then I was given the freedom to explore my thoughts ideas and visions. I was later able to manifest them into tangible items that I created, including a children’s book.
