Today we’d like to introduce you to Jarron Tawzer.
Hi Jarron, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Founder of Tawzer Dental | Dental Implant Instructor | Cosmetic Dentist
From the time I was in kindergarten, I knew I wanted to be a dentist. There has never been a moment in my life when my career goals wavered. Despite having no family history of dentists or doctors—many of my relatives didn’t even graduate high school—I was determined to carve my own path in dentistry.
I grew up in North Ogden, Utah, and attended Weber High School, where I was equally passionate about sports and my dream of becoming a dentist. I went on to attend Utah State University, earning degrees in Kinesiology, Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish. From there, I attended Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry, where I graduated at the top of my class clinically.
After dental school, my family and I returned to Cache Valley, where I founded Tawzer Dental. Since then, I have dedicated my career to advancing dental implantology and cosmetic dentistry. My education has continued well beyond graduation, earning a Fellowship with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry along with numerous certifications in implant and cosmetic procedures.
Today, I am honored to serve as a dental implant instructor at the prestigious Implant Pathway training center in Phoenix, Arizona, helping dentists across the country master the art and science of implant dentistry and surgery. I also currently serve as the primary editor for Dentaltown Magazine—the largest dental publication in the profession—with countless published articles and research contributions in both dental implants and cosmetic dentistry.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Planning-wise, my path has always been smooth since I never doubted which direction my career would take. The real challenge came in balancing the demands of building a family while striving to become the best dentist possible. Those experiences shaped not only my work ethic but also my appreciation for the relationships and trust that define great dentistry.

Tawzer Dental is located in Providence, Utah, and has become the Mecca for technology advancements and up-to-date dentistry. The practice is widely recognized for its expertise in both dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. What sets us apart is the extensive training, education, and clinical experience I’ve pursued to consistently deliver the results patients are looking for.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Unlike most dentists, I also enjoy the business and managerial side of running a dental practice. Managing patients and staff is something I take pride in and have always done personally, rather than hiring an office manager or outside management company. This hands-on approach allows me to ensure that every aspect of Tawzer Dental—from the quality of care to the patient experience—reflects the same high standards I hold for myself clinically.
