Hidden Gems: Meet Kyle Kirshner

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle Kirshner.

Hi Kyle, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I got started in the Amazon Private Label World a long time ago when I was in high school. You know when you finally get into high school and it’s time for that “first job.”

Well, I got my first job at a warehouse; little did I know the warehouse I was working for was a private label amazon brand that specialized in their own electronics products. I was intrigued that the company I was working for was selling their own branded products on amazon and was doing 20 million a year in sales from doing it. I worked for that company for five years, worked in every department, soaked up all of the information I possibly could.

Long story short after 5 years and from working in every department they had I had all the knowledge I needed to start my own amazon business journey. So, I quit started my own amazon brand and now I have two private label brands that generate seven figures each and I coach individuals on how to do the same. I owe everything to the company I use to work for.

Not sure where I would be at today if I never got that one warehouse position.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Business is never a smooth road let me tell you, especially during Covid, obviously.

During Covid, there were some huge supply chain issues, my 30-day lead time from my manufacturers was moving to 110-day lead times and that just wasn’t going to cut it.

However, all business owners have to adapt and overcome so that’s what I did we pivoted we found different supply chains in countries where Covid wasn’t affected as much as China.

We’ve been impressed with Selling on Amazon, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I specialize in creating brands on amazon, it’s called Private Label.

I have a one on one 12 week program where I teach you week by week step by step how to find successful products on amazon, how to look at improving the products, how to find a manufacturer overseas to produce that product for us with our own brand and how to launch it to the first page of amazon to achieve massive sales.

What does success mean to you?
I define success with freedom.

The reason I love selling on amazon is the freedom it gives me, Amazon handles the storage of my products, the shipping of my products when we make a sale and the customer service of our products, I have two seven-figure brands and I only need to work on my laptop just a few hours a day. So freedom!
