Alli and I first crossed paths backstage at a fashion show—right in the middle of organized chaos. Between quick changes, last-minute styling, and getting everyone down the runway, we found ourselves working side by side with a natural rhythm rooted in trust, efficiency, and shared instincts. That moment set the tone for our future collaboration.
Since then, we’ve worn many hats across the fashion industry: from design and styling to photography and model management. Those varied experiences gave us a holistic understanding of the industry and, more importantly, a clear vision of what was missing.
STRIKE was born from the desire to build something different—an agency rooted in transparency, individuality, and long-term development. We wanted to create a space where models are seen, heard, and supported, not just managed. We’re proud to say STRIKE is exactly that: a next-generation agency driven by purpose, partnership, and a deep respect for the craft.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like anything worth building, the road hasn’t always been smooth—but every challenge has pushed us to be more intentional in our work. Starting an agency means balancing big vision with day-to-day logistics, and doing so in an industry that’s constantly evolving.
One of the biggest hurdles has been redefining expectations—both for models and for clients. Transparency and advocacy sound great in theory, but implementing them in an industry that often runs on old-school norms takes persistence. We’ve had to stand firm in our values while navigating the realities of castings, bookings, and placements.
We’ve also grown STRIKE organically, which means we didn’t have a big machine behind us—we had to build it ourselves, brick by brick. But that’s also what makes it meaningful. The relationships we’ve formed, the wins we’ve celebrated with our talent, and the stories we get to help shape make every tough moment worthwhile. And it guides the trajectory of where we are headed!

One of our favorite moments in a fashion show happens right at the line—seconds before the models take the runway. There’s this incredible energy: a mix of nerves, excitement, and pure anticipation. Then, as they walk, something shifts. You see confidence take over. And when they return backstage, there’s this unmistakable glow—a sense of pride and accomplishment that’s impossible to fake.
That moment captures what truly makes us happy: realizing potential. Seeing something in someone and helping bring it forward to its fullest expression. We thrive on the transformation—on guiding, supporting, and watching talent rise into who they’re meant to be.
