Hi Amy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Hi, I’m Amy Archuleta, owner, and founder of Haus of Aesthetics. I found my love for the aesthetics industry over five years ago during my own search for Botox treatments. Once I learned more about the business of aesthetics, I was hooked! I instantly fell in love with the concept of helping others look and feel their best while following my own dreams of becoming a business owner and entrepreneur.
The more I got into this business, the more I realized how truly life-changing it can be for so many people. In opening my medical spa, I wanted to create an environment where everyone — regardless of gender identity — feels safe, comfortable, and welcomed as they achieve their versions of body positivity. My team and our clients are families to me and I hope each person feels valued and loved when they come to my spa.
I’m excited to help everyone understand the world of aesthetics and discover how fun, positive, and uplifting it can be. Welcome to my Haus — come as you are!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s definitely a challenge for me to be present at home with my family. Even when I’m home it’s easy for me to continue working. I’m a work-a-holic, so work always comes easier while relaxation and connections with my family are harder.
Has it always been an easy road- No. I started with 2 other partners and have bought them both out. It has ruined relationships and presented financial burdens. I recommend that anyone think long and hard before entering into a business venture with a partner.
