Hi Cameron , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We started Yoked Staff a few years ago after first creating a business that provided bookkeeping and accounting to mostly small businesses through our team of highly skilled accountants that are based in the Philippines. My wife, Julie, is from the Philippines and is an accountant so we have good connections over there. This system provided high level bookkeeping at a price that was more affordable to small businesses. Over time we realized we could also use our connections to very experienced virtual assistants in many different ways such as social media management, bookkeeping, graphic design, aministrative support and other business support so we expanded the company into what is now Yoked Staff.
And since then we have also launched a company, Ensio Coaching, that provides high level coaching and training for Customer Service Reps (CSRs) and front desk staff. They are the face of the company, especially in the home service industries such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. but there are very few options for them to recieve the training needed to improve. Our program offers a variety of packages to train them and continue to coach them so they can improve. We also have a great AI system that allows them to practice what we have taught them with live AI Mock calls which allows them to practice and gain instant feedback as to what they did well on and what they can improve upon. Statistics show that for an average sized plumbing company if the CSR improves their booking rate by just 10% it could increase the annual revenue for the company by nearly $250K. We can also help these companies with a custom CRM (Customer Relation Management), bookkeeping, and admin support, all at a price they can afford.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been an adventure for sure! The biggest challenge is primarily getting word out to companies. Our systems and companies are set up and run very well with a staff that is amazing. The biggest struggle is certainly connecting with companies so they learn what we can offer and why it’s worth considering us.
We’ve been impressed with Yoked Staff, LLC & Ensio Coaching, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
You can see my previous response to know more about us, what we do and what specialize in. But the thing that sets Yoked Staff apart is we have highly skilled people with great experience that can join the teams of our clients to help them grow while also saving signifcantly in payroll. Our people love being a part of the team and helping the business grow, and while many other services similar to ours can offer something similar, with my wife being from the Philippines, we can assure support with any possible cultural differeneces. We also stay involved throughout the entire length of employment, handle the payments to the VA, the contracts, time tracking, etc.
What sets Eniso Coaching apart is that we provide significantly more coaching and training than the other competitors out there and we do it at a price that is much more affordable. We can provide many services that our clients can benefit from from the coaching, bookkeeping, admin support and custom CRMs. Nobody in the industry provides our services at the level we do.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I am assuming you are referring to Salt Lake City? As I mentioned, we currently live in Nephi, Utah, but since we are a virtual service we provide services for anyone, anywhere. I also lived in Salt Lake for over 20 years and it has so much to offer, with great opportunities for everyone. It’s a clean city that combines the background of so many different groups which creates a powerful combination.
