Hi John, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
After 7 years in the tech industry in Utah, I wasn’t feeling fulfilled with what I was doing in my career. I had always had entrepreneurship in my blood but hadn’t fully changed to that career path.
Finally, around March of 2023, I decided to pivot and look into Franchising. I met with several different franchise brokers and reviewed dozens of different concepts. Each concept seemed interesting, but nothing was catching my eye. I then decided to look into mental health franchising. I had always been passionate about mental health as I had benefitted from it greatly in my own life. I also wanted to take part in something that would make a difference in people’s lives.
I came across Nora’s Mental Health. I met with the owner Dr. Cullen Hardy and we clicked immediately. We were all aligned in our values and what we wanted to accomplish. Fast forward to today, and we are now the master franchisees of Utah, Colorado, and Arizona.
I could not be more thrilled with the partnership we have made with Nora Mental Health. I am so excited about the future and the difference I know we can make!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
I think that because I found Nora, I’ve found my true passion. I am passionate about mental health and the good that can be accomplished by it. This passion is what helps me get through any difficulty or roadblock that has come my way. I push forward knowing that if I can do everything I can, I will be making a difference in people’s lives. This is the highest reward I can think of for any career path that I choose.
