Hi Keisha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I’m an Arizona native who moved to Utah seven years ago. I fell in love with the variety the seasons bring and the extraordinary kindness of the people here. I was also excited about the prospect of being part of the ongoing cultural growth here in Utah.
I entered the real estate market in Utah because I saw an opportunity to help extend that growth into the real estate industry. I’m excited each day to interact with individuals and business owners that have yet to feel represented in the market and help them achieve their real estate goals.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I’ve encountered many challenges as I’ve navigated the real estate landscape here in Utah and successfully negotiated hundreds of successful deals. But I’ve also found that no challenge is so significant that it can’t be overcome with the right mix of determination and knowledge. An example of that is the considerable impact that COVID-19 had on how we needed to do business to keep everyone safe.
It took some time to find new ways of approaching some situations, but we’ve been able to adapt and continue to find ways to win in the face of any challenge. Of course, occasional challenges arise, which spring from vestiges of past culture, but the people of Utah are great, compassionate, and always focused on doing better. I’m proud to now be part of that tradition.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
From my childhood, I’ve been passionate about the success of others. My nickname as a kid, given to me by my mom, was “RaRa” because I was constantly a cheerleader for others. I cheered formally through high school, and that passion is an indelible part of who I am.
That’s why when I started my real estate business, only one name fit; RaRa Realty. It underscores my passion for helping people win, whether that’s the home of their dreams or finding the right property for their business to thrive.
I’m excited to be working with Apex Realty in South Jordan, Utah’s premier commercial real estate brokerage with a nationwide reach.
What’s next?
I plan to continue helping Utah develop the diverse business, and residential landscape I know is in its future.
I am interested in helping those in the restaurant, and retail businesses find and secure the locations that will allow them to grow to match their visions and expand their current portfolios while building wealth through commercial real estate.
