Hi Pamela , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up watching my family work in the bakery, I always watched my aunt mix the ingredients creating recipes. That’s how she passed on her passion for baking to me
Over time my interest in alfajores grew and I began to experiment with different recipes and techniques, until I found the unique flavor that alfajores have
My family and friends became my first tasters, and encouraged me to continue forward
Three years ago I decided to take the leap and turn my passion into a business, the response was very good and I soon realized that I had found my true calling
Today my Alfajores business is a reality thanks to the help of my family and friends
I am proud to be able to share my passion with the community and make every person who tries my alfajores feel at home.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been an easy path, as an entrepreneur there are always obstacles. I would say that every day there is something new to face, but there is also the opportunity to learn and grow. And so every day one overcomes obstacles, challenges and fears.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
The most important person who has supported me 100% and is always by my side is my husband and partner in the business.
