My journey began when I moved to the U.S. from Nepal at 20, filled with dreams but faced with challenges. Adapting to a new culture and building a life from scratch was tough. I worked tirelessly, often taking double shifts and sleeping only a few hours a night to make ends meet.
Fourteen years ago, I discovered my passion for shaping eyebrows, and it soon became my profession. I dedicated myself to mastering my craft, focusing on precision and customer satisfaction. When I opened My Brow Studio, I had no financial backing—I personally painted, decorated, and built everything from the ground up. It took resilience, consistency, and unwavering self-belief to turn my vision into reality.
Today, I’m proud to have created a space where clients trust my expertise and feel confident in their beauty. Beyond my business, I’m a wife and mother, which has added deeper purpose to my journey. Through every challenge, I’ve learned that success comes to those who work hard, take risks, and never stop learning. My goal is to inspire women to believe in themselves, achieve financial independence, and create the life they dream of.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. I faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture, building a career from scratch, and navigating financial struggles. Being far from my family made it even harder—I had to figure everything out on my own without their immediate support. In the early years of My Brow Studio, I worked double shifts, often running on just four to five hours of sleep, to keep my dream alive. There were moments of doubt and exhaustion, but I refused to give up.
Another challenge was proving myself in the beauty industry, where trust and reputation take time to build. I worked tirelessly to perfect my craft, treating every client as an opportunity to showcase my skills and ensure they left feeling confident and satisfied.
Balancing motherhood with my business has also been a struggle. Juggling responsibilities as a working mom is never easy, but my family has been my biggest inspiration. Through it all, I’ve learned that resilience, consistency, and self-belief are the keys to overcoming obstacles. Every hardship has shaped me into the strong, independent woman I am today.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
One surprising thing most people don’t know about me is that during one of the toughest times in my life—going through a divorce from my first marriage—I channeled all my stress and emotions into building My Brow Studio. Instead of letting that hardship break me, I used it as fuel to work even harder and focus on my business. That period was incredibly challenging, but it pushed me to become stronger and more independent. Many people see the success of My Brow Studio today, but they may not realize the personal struggles I overcame to get here. Every obstacle has shaped me into the woman and entrepreneur I am today.”
