I started in the health and wellness industry in 1993 and established a family tradition of natural health remedies. from herbal teas to homemade salves, teaching my children the healing power of nature.
In 2006, my journey took a significant turn when I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy and launched a mobile massage business.
In 2009, I enrolled in esthetician school, eager to learn about skincare and beauty treatments. With a newfound expertise in both massage and esthetics, I recognized an opportunity to open a full-service spa.
Over the next decade, the spa business flourished and my family joined me in pursuing this passion of wellness. Changing locations several times over the last 20 years, each move a testament to our growing success. In 2022, we finally settled into our current location, a spacious and inviting oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Our wellness journey took another exciting turn in 2024 when we discovered Asea Redox Signaling Molecules and Renew 28 Cellular Repair Gel. Intrigued by the science behind these products, you visited the Asea corporate office in Pleasant Grove, Utah. There, we were impressed by the company’s family-oriented culture and commitment to helping people around the world. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey in the spa industry was not smooth. One of the most significant challenges we faced was financial instability.
The spa industry can be capital-intensive, and securing funding can be difficult, especially for small businesses. However, we were able to overcome these obstacles by carefully managing your finances, reinvesting profits wisely, and prioritizing essential expenses.
Another key factor in your spa’s success has been the power of word-of-mouth. Satisfied clients have been your most valuable marketing tool, spreading the word about your exceptional services and creating a loyal customer base. By consistently delivering high-quality experiences, I have built a reputation for excellence that has attracted new clients and fueled your growth.
