Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
While working in the industry for over a decade, we saw a big lack of communication with overpromised and underdelivered expectations. Realizing that the only way to remedy this problem was to start our own company.
My business partner & I started working. Two years ago, SwiftHand Painting was created. Although we are quickly growing and expanding, our focus remains on quality communication and workmanship from start to finish.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest indicators that will determine success is hiring the right people. It can be the difference between success and failure, confidence and stress, and customer satisfaction and resentment. As a new business, we originally struggled immensely trying to find the right people.
Employer/Employee Relations is a big responsibility and can carry great weight. They support your efforts to grow and carry out jobs. They rely on them for support and a paycheck to support their families. Although we struggled to find solid team members in the beginning, We are happy and confident in each and every one of our team members!

We are also the creator and admin of The Gathering Of UT Painters, A group of Utah Painters where we collaborate and uplift each other in the industry.
