Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
As a mother of four beautiful children, I started a party-planning business to make magic happen for them that they’ll remember when they get older. I started off by just doing it for them.
When my son was about to turn two, I wanted to give him a party that he would never forget. I spent weeks planning every detail: the decorations, the games, and the cake. When the day of his birthday party finally arrived, my son was over the moon with excitement and happiness! It wasn’t just him, everyone else at his party was having a great time also! From that moment, I knew I wanted to be a party planner so that I could help other parents create magical experiences for their children too. It didn’t happen overnight but after years of this desire to help others with their parties, I finally started my party planning business! I love being able to bring joy and excitement to lives by creating unforgettable birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and other special events.
I know how important it is to create these special moments whether it be a birthday party, baby/bridal shower, etc. Life goes by so fast, and we want to make sure memories are cherished forever. That’s why I pour my heart and soul into every party that I plan, and I always strive to exceed my client’s expectations. It’s a joy and an honor to be able to do what I love and bring a personal touch of magic to these events.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Planning a party can be a rollercoaster ride (to say the least), there are many unexpected twists and turns along the way that can’t always be planned for. It is a challenge but it’s always worth it in the end when you see all of your hard work come together and your guests have a great time. There are so many details to think about when planning a party: choosing and designing the decorations to creating a delicious menu and so much more! It’s not impossible but it does take planning, and a willingness to overcome the unexpected. By doing this you can throw an epic and impactful event. Don’t be afraid to take on the challenge – the result will be worth it!

My party-planning mission is to make magic happen without breaking the bank. Many people do not have an unlimited budget and planning a party can get really expensive really fast, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have an amazing event.
I am very budget conscious for party planning and I find ways to create a beautiful event at a fraction of the cost. Your vision can be turned into a reality without breaking the bank.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I love the most about Salt Lake is being so close to the mountains and being able to enjoy the great outdoors. There’s nothing quite like being surrounded by the majestic mountains and going on long hikes.
It’s a refreshing escape from the challenges of everyday life and how busy we seem to find ourselves. The fresh air and stunning views are simply irresistible.
Being able to explore nature and all its wonders is truly a blessing. I feel so lucky to live in a place that offers so many opportunities for outdoor adventures.
