Today we’d like to introduce you to Cherisa Sisneros a.k.a. Ms. Rose
Hi Cherisa, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
October 2022 after an eight year relationship with the father of my child. I moved back to my hometown of Salt Lake City with my son. At my grandparents house. With nothing but my faith, to pick up the pieces of our life’s and my broken heart. A chance have a new beginning. Truly heal and find my myself, my spiritual path.
Massage therapy has been a part of my life for many years licensed for 14 years (2024) I have a great passion for this beautiful art of healing. I knew that it was time to change, open a new chapter and say goodbye to this old friend. I knew that I wanted more and I was destined for more! I’ve always had a strong connection with my spiritual self and nature.
In July 2023 I started working on growing a spiritual business. Being a spiritual influencer.
I wasn’t sure where this journey was going to take me or what path lie ahead. I had asked myself why, how, when for too long. If you keep asking yourself questions, your never going to do it! Surrender to the process and watch the universe work its magic. This amazing fairytale life. One small step forward and one giant leap to surrender.
I invested in myself and took a course to help me understand social media with spirituality.
I begin posting reels and going live on Instagram and TikTok.
I talk about spirituality, about my journey.
In November 2023 I took a trip to Costa Rica and drink ayahuasca, plant medicine. In this journey mother ayah told me that I am a healer. I heal with my hands. I heal with my words. I heal with my grace. I was sent here to awaken as many soul as possible within this lifetime. I dedicated myself to doing that spiritual work! Connecting within, knowing that all the power lies within myself. I am blessed and grateful to be on the front lines of this time of spiritual awakening. For all these great opportunities that are here now and will continue to flow.
May 2024 I started school to become certified in Breathwork, Pranasana yoga, Reiki healing, yoga and so much more.
I have my own massage studio in the Salt Lake City, Murray area and at that studio every Thursday evening, I host a healing session with singing bowls, breathwork, grounding, visualization, and connecting within.
I also have my own line of products that include body oils, and other healing gifts.
With hard work, dedication, motivation, and commitment to yourself! Creates our dreams to become reality. To truly following your soul, your mission, your purpose. The divine will protect and guide. Surrender to the process. And put work in EVERYDAY towards your goals!
My progress I have made is amazing! Wonderful people who support me and love me. I am connected to my spiritual self. I talk to the trees. I talk to the animals. I have opened deep parts of my imagination. Breathwork, connecting to the love and light within, has transformed my life in so many ways. I have peace of mind. I truly can say, I love myself and accept myself. I am closer to my spiritual self than I have ever been. Having happy fulfilling relationships with my son, family and friends. Dedication and a purpose. The want and longing to be and do better. My life truly has transformed for the best in the past two years.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life is a struggle! We all have our ups and downs. Struggle to be a good mom. Juggling school and home life. Being humble in the face of fire. The struggle to be a single parent. To be a business owner, maintaining my current business while working on growing another one. To be a woman in man’s world. People who say they want to help and support me but really don’t and make my life harder. It’s easy to stay our comfortable box and keep replying the same story. Change comes from doing the unknown. Making different decisions and choices. Maintaining faith and commitment to my spiritual growth. There will always be setbacks and lessons to be learned. Our struggles make us stronger and allow growth. The universe loves me it’s going to bless my hard work.

A healing journey within, becoming connected to your spiritual self. Being aware and able to connect to your inner light. Opening and cleansing our thoughts and bodies. Healing and becoming divine with breathing.
Using ancient techniques of; Breathwork, yoga, kundalini yoga, pranansana yoga, grounding techniques, visualization, meditation, ancient mantras (chanting), singing bowls, meridian stimulation.
