Óscar Mancilla – A Journey Fueled by Passion
For the past 28 years, Óscar Mancilla has called Salt Lake City home. Originally from Guatemala, he came to the U.S. with big dreams and a deep love for cars—a passion that began when he was just a little boy playing with toy cars and imagining the possibilities.
Today, Óscar is not only living that dream—he’s leading it. With 11 years of experience in the automotive industry, he’s become one of the top sales professionals in the West Region. His dedication, integrity, and genuine care for the people he serves have earned him a trusted name, especially in Utah’s Hispanic community.
Óscar is a proud husband and father of two daughters, Ashley and Natalie, who inspire him every day to keep growing and giving back. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the game he loves—soccer—or staying active in the community through local events, outreach, and service.
Through partnerships with Telemundo Utah and Univision 32, Óscar helps bring car culture closer to the Latino audience, offering guidance and opportunities in their own language. He’s also an active participant in the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he continues to build bridges and champion entrepreneurship.

Sale cars is the most fun job I love to meet new people and those people became my friends
I really can say that I make friends that last for the lifetime!
