Today we’d like to introduce you to Anjalyn Rosevear.
Hi Anjalyn, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2013, my husband Patrick and I picked out a yellow Labrador puppy named Cooper. Our puppy quickly decided that all of our decorative sheds that we had found all over the Rockies were his. After a ton of research we discovered how beneficial they were for dogs to chew, how they could naturally deter our puppy from chewing our furniture, and how safe they were because they don’t split or splinter. After that, it was off to the races! We started traveling all over the West to collect more and more elk sheds. It has been quite the adventure for us with our dog Cooper along for every step of the way! In 2018 we had our son Finn, and in 2021 we had our daughter Grace- and now it really is a family business.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We started our company with just $5000 and absolutely no backup money. To say we were tight on cash is a bit of an understatement. We needed the startup money for other expenses and couldn’t afford a graphic design artist for our logo so I set up a free trial of Adobe Photoshop and messed with every feature until I created our first logo using a picture of our dog as inspiration. A few years later we found that our budget to build a website was too small to hire a professional- so I taught myself how to build one. My creativity and tenacity has been weaved into every aspect of this company from day one.
At the time those events (and many more) felt like huge obstacles but in hindsight they are the most defining moments in my journey of entrepreneurship and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished over the years since we’ve started.

Our company is a small family run pet product ecommerce store specializing in antler dog chews. We also sell in person at various popup farmers markets around Utah. You can find us locally at Park Silly here in Park City where we live. We are known for our incredible quality at great prices. We are dog lovers and outdoor enthusiasts! Our antlers are 100% all natural, naturally shed (no harm to the elk), do not splinter, long lasting, and sustainably sourced from the Rocky Mountains. We have a ‘shop by dog’ feature that makes picking out the perfect antler super easy.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Growing up on the beach of Santa Barbara, California the mountains felt like an absolute world away! Every summer my family would pack up and explore Montana. I remember being in incredible awe of the wildlife, the pines, the fresh air, and all the adventure. I fell in love with the West and have called it home for the last 17 years and I am so happy to have found a ‘job’ that requires me to explore them and be able to take my kids and dogs along with me!
