For nearly two decades, my career was in the fast-paced world of corporate technology. The majority of my time was spent in a company who aimed to create products and services that passed the “toothbrush test” – things people would use at least twice daily. This goal of making an impact on people’s everyday lives deeply resonated with me. While I was passionate about the industry, I eventually felt a strong pull toward a more personal and tangible way of helping others. That desire led me to launch NEAT Method Park City, allowing me to bring that same “toothbrush test” philosophy to a new industry and directly help people create calmer, more functional spaces in their homes.
I’ve always found joy in creating order and bringing calm to spaces, and I discovered that this passion was more than just a hobby – it was a skill that could genuinely help people. I realized that my corporate background had equipped me with the project management, problem-solving, and communication skills needed to run a successful business. Launching NEAT Method Park City has allowed me to merge my professional expertise with my personal passion, creating a career that is deeply rewarding and allows me to connect with people on a more personal level. Now, I get to help others create calmer homes, clearer minds, and more intentional lives.

Launching NEAT Method Park City has been an incredibly rewarding journey, but it hasn’t been without its opportunities for growth.
One of the biggest obstacles has been building the business from the ground up in a new market. Even with a well-known brand like NEAT Method, establishing a local presence requires a significant effort in networking and relationship-building. It can be a challenge to get in front of the right people – from realtors and builders to interior designers – to show them the value of professional organizing and how we could partner to serve their clients.
Another key hurdle has been managing the operational side of a small business, from hiring and training a team of skilled organizers to implementing efficient systems for project and inventory management and client communication. While my corporate background was a huge asset, adapting those large-scale processes to a nimble, service-based business has been a constant learning experience.
Ultimately, these obstacles have made the journey more fulfilling. Each one has taught me to be more adaptable, resilient, and resourceful, and has reinforced my belief in the value of the work we do.
