Hi Ashley, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After helping many new service businesses start-up, we found a common need among all of them. Most services businesses didn’t know much about marketing their business, or in that matter, where to even start. This is where we wanted to help.
Because our staff at Pure Service Pros has a very deep background and a lot of experience in marketing, we thought we could help them out at the beginning stages of marketing their start-up business.
From questioning and through observation, most of these start-up businesses were spending thousands of dollars at multiple marketing firms. They said it was difficult having multiple contracts with different marketing companies and that it was a lot of money for simple marketing products.
These small businesses that we were helping were just wanting a simple online presence, nothing more. They wanted these big marketing firms to get them started and they would then take over from there. We took the advice and the words of these small service businesses and started our own.
Our team at Pure Service Pros wanted a user-friendly site where people could get all their marketing needs and products. Their one-stop-shop for marketing. We started out with only a few products like SEO performance help, social media set-up and management, and Google Ads. Now after growing our marketing business and clientele we decided to spread our wings and sell more marketing products.
We now have over 40 different marketing products directed towards small service businesses. Any small service business can simply go to the Pure Service Pros website, search for the marketing product their business desires, and reap the rewards of our work. If these small business owners are not familiar with social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc., we can help them get started so they can focus on growing other aspects of their business.
After their small business gets a little more settled, they can cancel or add any marketing products with no fee at any time they want. This one-stop marketing shop helps small businesses get up and going. We really love working with small businesses. We understand the stress and the hard work that goes into running and operating a business. That’s we try our hardest to meet all the wants and needs of one’s business.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
All in all, we are lucky to say that our journey has been a good one. Like any new business, however, we have definitely had our struggles. We had a hard time figuring out what direction we wanted our starting point to be. There were so many things that we wanted to do and become, but as many business owners know, you have to start at the beginning like everyone else.
We first decided to create a basic eCommerce website where people can check out a small range of marketing products, and nothing more. However as time went on, we realized that we could do so much more and had the means to grow and redesign our website.
The goal for our website was for new business owners to not only purchase marketing products but to have a place where they could keep track of all their marketing and online interactions. Redesigning our website took longer than we wanted. During that time, we lost a few of our clients and missed out on many opportunities to sell our marketing products.
However, after our new website was up and running, it made our operations of things much better and easier. With our new website, we were better able to help our customers be more organized, and track their online presence.

I manage all of the Pure Service Pros interactions and the Pure Service Pros website. I specialize in marketing, specifically graphic design, and advertising. I love working one-on-one with our customers. I love hearing about their small businesses and what it took to for them to get to where they are now. I love being able to help and explain in detail about their potential, and all the options that our customers have within their business.
I would have to say that I feel most proud of the relationships that I’ve gained through this business. It is fun to get to work so closely with amazing people. I love being able to watch many small businesses grow and reach their business goals. I am also proud of how much our business has grown within the past year.
There are many things that set us apart from others. One is that we are very fast at responding to customers’ requests and questions. We make our customers our number priority. Our site is easy and simple to use. We offer low prices and more marketing products than other marketing competitors.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I would have to say that I’m not the most surprising person, but one thing most people don’t know about me is that I love to cook. I love coming up with my own recipes and trying new things.
