Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittani Martin
Hi Brittani, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Our business is the story of two sisters. Well actually, we are sisters-in-law, but we look enough alike that everyone always thinks we are sisters! Being home with our kids has always been a top priority for us. In 2016 we had a conversation one day that we were smart, independent, creative women, and maybe we could come up with a business that would allow us as much time with our kids as possible, and still add to our household income. That week we were presented with this business idea from a mutual friend! It was totally meant to be! We started with about 15 clients, and are currently close to 40. My second daughter was only 3 months old when we started delivering fresh fruit to office break rooms. As I have taken both of my girls into these offices, many of our clients have watched them grow up! We now have an awesome friend who works with us as well. And of course her newborn daughter has gone with her every day!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Our biggest challenge was the COVID-19 pandemic when many offices chose to work from home. That was a scary time for us. We didn’t know how secure our business was going to be during that time. We are lucky that we had some AMAZING large clients that insisted on continuing to pay us even though we couldn’t deliver fruit to them. One even had us deliver all the fruit to a food pantry instead! We trusted each other during this time and pivoted into more of a home delivery model for a while. We are grateful we were able to weather this storm.

We deliver the freshest fruit to office break rooms from Bountiful to Thanksgiving Point weekly. Think of us as the healthiest subscription service out there! We buy fruit from many grocers around the valley to insure the best quality and to also keep our prices low. We are the only fruit delivery business in the area that checks each piece of fruit 3 times before it gets to the customer. We do not drop off large cases that can lead to loss. We had place each piece in a beautiful basket arrangement that brightens up the break room as well as offering so many health benefits! We deliver to clients BIG and small. Our smallest clients get 30 servings per week, while our largest get over 700 servings per week!!
How do you define success?
We define success as being able to put our families and motherhood first, while still having a career we enjoy!
Pricing:
- Our basic variety is less than $1 per serving
- Our gourmet variety is $1.60 per serving
- 25-30 basic servings would be $22.50 per delivery
- 55-60 basic servings would be $45.00 per delivery
- 35-40 gourtmet servings would be $59.00 per serving
