Today we’d like to introduce you to Chelsea Lieberman.
Hi Chelsea, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
In 2016 I attended the Cameo School of Essential Beauty for Cosmetology and continued the rest of my training in a hair salon in 2018 doing an Apprenticeship in cosmetology. Since 2010 I have had salon booth rentals throughout Salt Lake City, Utah. The services I offer for my clients are only exceptional and with the best products I can find. I love to work with people and enhance natural beauty.
Where I find myself today is working in the modeling industry as a model with Urban Talent, as a stagehand in the entertainment industry with the Union of Utah, and working on clients at Hand and Stone Spa.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Covid definitely had an impact on my salon business for two years. I had to find other employment during that time.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
What separates me from other businesses? I am committed, patient, and passionate about my work. The difference is that I love the work I do, it’s not just a job. I specialize in Lash Extensions and Spa services, such as facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, reflexology, lash and brow tinting, lash lifts, lash extensions natural or dramatic, and makeup artistry.
I am always open to learning new techniques and being in the know about beauty news. I’m still working on building my hair clientele and want to learn Microblading soon. Consultations are free upon request, and I have a 100% guarantee if a client isn’t satisfied with the first 48 hours of service they can come back free of charge.
We all have different ways of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Being driven, never give up. Be patient. Put in work every day.
