Hi Dylan and Alexa, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We’ve always had an entrepreneurial itch and have wanted to serve our community. Both of us thought that the carpet cleaning industry is very saturated, yet still doesn’t quite meet the needs of customers. We’ve been dedicated to customer satisfaction since day one and have loved our journey.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It seems like every day we have new obstacles thrown in our way. Every customer has unique needs and often we have to stretch ourselves to meet their expectations. That being said, it’s the most fulfilling thing we’ve ever done professionally.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize in deep extraction cleaning and pet urine and odor removal. We have dedicated ourselves to finding and inventing the best methods ands tools to treat homes. We pride ourselves on delivering a “Disney-like” experience to all of our customers.
