Today we’d like to introduce you to Erandeny Cuevas.
Hi Erandeny, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m from Mexico I came here to United States on 2015 for my husband I’m a wife, mother of four. Visual and cake artists and a pro heathy live girl . I was studying visual arts in Mexico but since I was a child I was very artistic I was that kid making drawings of the teachers during the classes, also I’ve always been so energetic so i couldn’t keep my mind focused and quiet, always looking for something to do, something to create and finding a place to jump in. So when i was in college i started nutrition career and even when i loved it still my energy was a problem to pay attention during the classes so finally I went for forcing myself to be like everybody was expecting to accepting my passion “ARTS” .
But back to 2015 is when everything starts, I hard been always watching cakes tv shows, by that time my husband and i were struggling with some economic problems so i was looking for the way to could help in hose without leaving my kids so i was seeing some guys making roses cakes in on the tv, and then is when I just thought”what if I try it “so then I did it” and went very well and I jut started to sell them, the people liked them so much that by the Valentine’s Day I had a lot of orders, and suddenly I already started to create my own page and make all kind of cake, At the beginning was very hard because I was just visual artists, no knowledge to cakes, recepies, or process, all this journey helped to me so much to focusing my mind creat disciplines and forcing myself to finish the project, learning a new career and show me myself how capable I was to have success in life.5 years later i got the diagnostic of Audhd then i could understand everything, my neurodivergence was a big support to me to have all this amazing creativity,energy to be here right now , and this career was a perfect opportunity to grow. A had had the opportunity to be on tv shows and win, also winning a couple awards to the artist of the year . I am very thankful with god to all this blessings. With four kids has been a little difficult to manage everything at ice but I make it work, and recently Also because I could not eat to much gluten, sugar, dairy my family and I a creat recently my business of healthy cakes and artistic cakes.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, I had had a lot of struggles with learning all about cakes along the road , a lot of movings of states, being mother and trying to manage a business is so hard , all the neurodivergence in the family and I it has been a challenge

I’m a cake and visual art, also passionate for dance and exercise. My specialty is make human, and hiperralistic faces on cakes and all kind of materials.
I’m prod to have the skills and o reacted the human skin an edible material .
