Today we’d like to introduce you to Jared Hatch.
Hi Jared, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been a builder—of ideas, of teams, of possibility. I’m a manifestor and always have been. I was the kid with a lawn-mowing biz at 12 and bucking hay bales, then later organizing the snowboard park crew in California and filming snowboarding. I was selling used everything on the side, or filming action sports and weddings with a camera I didn’t quite know how to use (but figured out anyway). By 24, I’d launched my first real company in water and fire restoration. It was messy, scrappy, and exhilarating. After that, I cut my teeth in door-to-door sales—alarms, pest control, you name it—where I learned resilience, empathy, and the courage to knock on the next door even after hundreds of “no’s.”
Life tested me in ways I never expected. A severe battle with Lyme disease nearly took me out of the game—and what felt like almost out of life. I was filming goodbyes to my daughters (ages 1 and 3 at the time) and even getting lost driving in the town I grew up in. Suddenly, the guy who could out-hustle anyone was stuck in bed, barely able to think through the brain fog. It forced me to slow down, to strip away ego, and to learn presence. That dark season gave me more clarity than any success ever could.
Out of that transformation, TruSolace Med Spa was born. I wanted to create more than a clinic—I wanted a sanctuary where people could heal externally and internally, where aesthetics and health meet purpose. Patients don’t just walk out with better skin or a slimmer waistline—they leave with a new story about themselves, a new mindset, and new possibilities to be all of themselves.
We started in a basement for the first 3 months, and after being given a 30-day notice just 2 months in, we moved to a 3-story location and haven’t looked back. Our team and our vision are why we have done so well.
As TruSolace grew, I saw the same pattern across the industry: med spas were drowning under clunky systems and ineffective marketing. That frustration lit the fire for Spa Accelerator. It’s my way of saying: “Here—let me hand you the playbook so you don’t have to bleed like I did. And let’s impact the world with the most integral transformation humanity has ever seen in a movement.”
Today, my mission has two intertwined threads:
Help people feel amazing in their bodies. We teach our patients that the words in your story are more important than your book cover, although they are all connected and all matter.
Help business owners scale with integrity and soul, and let that down-trickle to their teams, their patients, and ultimately their lives.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all. Entrepreneurship has been anything but smooth—it’s been floods, fires, broken HVAC systems, staff turnover, financial stretches, sleepless nights, $40k+ stolen in product, and landlord disasters. I’ve been in that raw place where you’re praying the payroll clears while simultaneously dreaming bigger than you ever thought possible. Belief was born, believed in, and created.
But the hardest detour wasn’t business—it was Lyme disease. Imagine being a lifelong mover, builder, and doer, and suddenly your body betrays you. Or so I thought at the time. Days where I couldn’t walk across the room. Nights where fear whispered: Maybe this is it. Maybe your story ends here.
And then life piled on—navigating divorce during expansion years, balancing fatherhood with the weight of growing companies, wrestling with the question: Can I be present for my kids and still build an empire?
I flopped, failed, iterated, and rose again. Each struggle became a forge. From it, I learned: integrity isn’t optional. Alignment is non-negotiable. And humility—real, grounded humility—is the strongest foundation you can build on.
Ultimately, our hardships make us, and the universe is only dishing what we want at a soul level—to become and remember who we truly are. I learned to be grateful and seek the best in every scenario. I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. Embrace the downs to find the gold.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about TruSolace Med Spa & Spa Accelerator ?
What We Do / Known For:
TruSolace Med Spa: We’re not just another aesthetics clinic—we are a Biohacking Med Spa. We specialize in body contouring, hormone balance, skin health, sexual wellness, weight-loss transformations, root-cause support, and testing. But more importantly, we specialize in people. We walk with every client on a journey. For us, confidence is medicine, and aesthetics is the gateway. We are transformation guides from the inside out.
Spa Accelerator: Born from TruSolace’s success, Spa Accelerator equips med spa owners with a proven framework for growth: marketing, sales (reframed as authentic conversations), patient experience, lifetime value, and now AI integration. We don’t just coach—we hand owners the systems we live by every single day in our own clinics. We transform owners and teams so they can transform their communities and their patients’ lives. We create impact on a massive scale.
What Sets Us Apart:
Authenticity over glamor: We cut through the industry’s smoke and mirrors.
Results + relationships: A result without a relationship doesn’t last. A relationship without results doesn’t inspire. We deliver both.
Built by doing: Many coaches talk theory. Ours is battle-tested in the trenches, with an understanding on a soul level to connect and coach owners and staff with a knowing.
Culture first: At TruSolace, we treat clients, staff, and partners with radical respect and presence, so this can down-trickle to our patients.
What I’m Most Proud Of Brand-Wise:
That TruSolace has doubled revenue year after year since we opened in 2021, and we have taken those profits to create a TruTransformation Biohacking Med Spa to change lives in Utah and share that knowledge with the world.
That Spa Accelerator is giving clinics nationwide the keys to build without burning out.
That we live in transparency—sharing our wins, losses, and lessons.
What I Want Readers to Know:
Healing and aesthetics aren’t vanity. They’re doorways into confidence, vitality, and freedom.
And business doesn’t have to cost you your soul. You can scale, exit, and win—while staying aligned with love, ethics, and presence.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
My Healing Journey (Spotlight Section)
One of the most defining chapters of my life wasn’t building a business—it was fighting for my health. Lyme disease humbled me in a way nothing else could. I went from charging into boardrooms and snowboarding big lines to struggling with brain fog so thick I couldn’t string a sentence together.
But that breakdown became the breakthrough. Lyme forced me into stillness. It stripped away identity built on performance. It taught me to find joy in the tiniest moments—my kids laughing, sunlight on the floor, a simple breath without pain.
There was even a playful twist in the middle of it all. At one point, I thought: Maybe I won’t make it. Maybe my kids won’t remember me the way I want them to. So I started filming a video autobiography—surf stories, football captain days, car crashes, snowboarding wrecks, door-to-door adventures. It was meant to be a farewell, but it became a love letter: “I’m not done yet.”
Healing from Lyme didn’t just give me back my health. It gave me vision. TruSolace and Spa Accelerator are the direct outgrowth of those long, sacred hours of recovery. Our entire philosophy—that business should transform lives, that beauty is more than skin deep, that systems should support healing instead of drain it—was born there.
I often say: Lyme taught me what no MBA could. Resilience isn’t about grinding harder; it’s about aligning deeper. Our bodies are wise. Play, love, and presence are medicine too.
