Hi Julie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I had worked in sports my whole career and was getting more and more frustrated with someone else telling me what my schedule should be, what title I should have, and how much I should be making. So when this opportunity was presented to me, I started it purely as a side gig. But as of next month, it will be one year doing this full time!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
There will always be learning curves, like collecting payment or overbooking yourself. Even the business side can be very confusing and a learning process from start to finish. But I was lucky and got connected with some amazing people in the beginning and working with them, and bouncing struggles off each other have been a huge blessing.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We rent the highest quality marquee letters in Utah! You spell it, and we light it up! We also have the ability to stack the letters making a show-stopping piece for any event. What sets us apart is our customer service and the ability to spell anything and stack the letters.
Proud moments include being on several episodes of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Working with Katherine Heigl on the premiere of her new TV Show. We have been featured on several daytime TV shows and numerous sports teams in the Salt Lake Valley have rented our letters.

Starting a business is always risky, especially if you’re investing a lot of money to start it. But I’ve learned that betting on yourself is always the smart play, and you will always work harder for something that is yours.
