Today we’d like to introduce you to Laudith Orozco
Hi Laudith, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My passion for makeup started years and years ago when the only way to learn in my small city in Colombia was though YouTube videos.
In July of 2020 i decided to take a pro course with one of the best makeup artist on my town and the rest is history.
I took a two break in 2021 and 2022, and finally started my career again November 2023 and haven’t stopped since then.
Doing makeup is what makes me the happiest and seeing the faces of the girls after a glam session with me is everything.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Living doing art is not easy in Utah with so many talented people here specially when you are trying to start.
I come from another country so i don’t know many people yet.
And building a portafolio even if you are doing TFP can be expensive.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in soft glam and brides.
But i like doing editorial too!
I am very creative so i love when. Photographers invite me to do something “crazy” or outside of the box, like an elf or a bride with yellow and green eyeshadow.
I’m very proud of what I do and i do it with love, but I’m open to improve and i think that’s what sets me apart from others.
I am not afraid of criticism, i think that’s what it helps people grow and be better.
Any big plans?
I’m excited to do more brides, to work with more photographers, to expand my knowledge and definitely for people to know me and my work and say “that’s definitely a Lau’s look”.
