Meet Loreana Pachano of Loreana Real Estate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Loreana Pachano

Hi Loreana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into real estate began as a secondary service to my main business at the time. As a licensed immigration consultant, I recognized that obtaining my real estate license would enable me to better serve my immigration clients during their moves from other cities, states, and even from other countries. My husband and I had also a shared vision of investing in real estate, which further fueled my interest. After successfully helping several families secure their first homes, I discovered my true calling in this field. Today, I specialize in helping immigrants realize the American Dream, one home at a time.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been mainly a fulfilling road. Not always a smooth one. Within the immigrant community we face many additional challenges, like teaching people about credit, how to start building it from scratch, changes in policies, adjusting with our clients as they go through changes with their immigration statuses, etc.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’ve been in business for over 4 years now. I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, and furthermore, I specialize in working with hispanic first-time homebuyers. My services go from teaching the basics of credit, teaching the basics of how taxes work in the US, going over down payment assistance programs that might be available and helping them find homes that fit their needs and budget.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I’ve learned a lot from partnering with one of the best lenders in the nation, who has great experience in working with the latino community as well. Some of my favorite podcasts that have taught me a lot about investing in real estate have been: bigger pockets and the short term shop. I’ve also had several coaches and mentors along the way that have taught me a lot about finances, costumer service, systems and real estate investing.
