Meet Monica Walston of Monica Walston Quantum Healing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Monica Walston.

Hi Monica, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire adult life. I started my first business at 17, went on to own a web design and photography business for over 25 years, and later built an artisan jewelry brand alongside my work in past life regression hypnotherapy. Creativity has always been central to who I am. If I’m not creating something, I feel restless.

Around 2012, I began going through a profound spiritual awakening. Over time, my interests gradually shifted toward deeper questions of healing, consciousness, and inner growth, even though this wasn’t a path I had consciously pursued before. I had always been curious about what many people call “woo,” but this felt different. It was experiential, grounding, and impossible to ignore.

That inner shift made it clear that I wanted my work to be more directly meaningful. I wanted to use what I had been learning, both personally and professionally, to genuinely help others. After a period of deep reflection, I found my way to past life regression hypnotherapy.

From there, focusing on trauma felt like a natural and necessary direction. Trauma work is where real transformation happens. When we heal the nervous system and address unresolved experiences, people don’t just cope better, they reconnect with themselves, feel safer in their bodies, and begin living with more clarity, freedom, and joy. Choosing this path has been one of the most aligned and fulfilling decisions of my life.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but it has been a meaningful one. Like many entrepreneurs, especially those building heart-centered businesses, I’ve faced financial uncertainty, periods of doubt, and the challenge of carving out a path that doesn’t fit neatly into traditional models.

There were times when growth felt slow and resources felt limited, but those seasons also taught me resilience, adaptability, and trust in my own inner guidance. Each challenge forced me to refine my work, deepen my skills, and become more intentional about how I show up for my clients.

Despite the ups and downs, I’ve always felt deeply grateful. I’ve been able to build a life rooted in purpose, creativity, and service, and that sense of alignment has sustained me through the harder moments. In many ways, the challenges shaped the work I do today and made me a better practitioner, business owner, and human.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My work centers on trauma-informed hypnotherapy and regression work, with a focus on helping people safely access and heal the root causes of long-standing emotional, behavioral, and nervous system patterns. I specialize in working with trauma, chronic stress, and experiences that don’t always respond to traditional talk therapy, including early childhood trauma and experiences that are difficult to consciously recall.

What sets my work apart is the emphasis on safety, consent, and pacing. Trauma healing isn’t about pushing or reliving experiences, it’s about creating enough stability in the nervous system for the subconscious to release what it’s been holding. My sessions are highly individualized and designed to meet each client exactly where they are, whether that involves regression work, hypnotherapy, or gentle subconscious re-patterning.

I’m also known for bridging spiritual insight with grounded, practical healing. While some of my work includes past life or transpersonal elements, everything is approached through a trauma-informed lens that prioritizes emotional regulation, integration, and real-world change. Clients often come to me after feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or retraumatized elsewhere, and my goal is to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the integrity behind my work. I’ve intentionally built my business to be nervous-system-safe, both in how I work with clients and how I communicate publicly. There’s no pressure, no fear-based marketing, and no promises of instant transformation. Instead, I focus on steady, meaningful healing that honors the client’s autonomy and lived experience.

I want readers to know that this work is for people who are ready for deeper healing, but who also want to feel respected, grounded, and in control of their process. My offerings are designed to support long-term change, not just temporary relief, and to help people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels stable, empowering, and sustainable.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as alignment. Success means living and working in a way that feels honest, sustainable, and true to who I am, rather than chasing external milestones that don’t actually create fulfillment.

Professionally, success looks like doing meaningful work that genuinely helps people feel safer, more regulated, and more connected to themselves. It’s seeing clients experience real, lasting change and knowing the work was done with integrity, care, and respect for their process.

Personally, success is having the freedom to create, to grow, and to live a life that feels peaceful rather than constantly driven by pressure or survival mode. While financial stability matters, it’s not the sole measure. Feeling grounded, present, and grateful in my day-to-day life is just as important.

For me, success is less about “arriving” somewhere and more about continuing to build a life and business that feel steady, purposeful, and aligned over time.
