Meet Trish Walker of Millcreek

Today we’d like to introduce you to Trish Walker.

Hi Trish, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve always been drawn to stories—whether told through film, writing, or real-life experiences. My career path has taken me through customer service, medical devices, real estate, and my passion of film and TV, but I’ve always kept a creative thread running through everything I do. Over time, that passion evolved into launching my own production company, Reset-2-One Productions, where I’m focused on telling meaningful stories that inspire connection and purpose. It’s been a mix of persistence, learning as I go, and saying yes to opportunities that stretch me. Every step, even the unexpected ones, has brought me closer to creating the work I love today.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—more like a winding one with a few unexpected detours. I’ve faced career shifts, financial uncertainty, and moments where I questioned if I was on the right path at all. Breaking into the film world while juggling other responsibilities hasn’t been easy, and there have been times I’ve had to start over from scratch. But every challenge taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying true to my vision, even when the timing didn’t feel perfect. Those struggles ended up shaping not just my work, but who I am as a person.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m the founder of Reset-2-One Productions, a production company dedicated to telling stories with impact—projects that entertain, inspire, and linger with you long after the credits roll. My work lives at the intersection of heart and hustle: emotionally driven narratives infused with humor, hope, and a sense of purpose.
I’m drawn to stories rooted in real-life moments—whether it’s the resilience of a community, the spark of an unexpected connection, or the quiet bravery of everyday people. My short film inspired by Paul Walker’s humanitarian legacy is a perfect example: it’s not just a story on screen, but a tribute to action, compassion, and the ripple effect one person can have.

What sets me apart is my dual lens—I approach filmmaking as both a storyteller and a strategist. My background in real estate, event production, and high-touch client service means I can dream big while grounding every project in meticulous planning. That combination allows me to bring visions to life without losing their soul.
At the end of the day, I’m most proud when my work sparks conversation, connection, or a little nudge toward doing good. For me, that’s the ultimate measure of success.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest is creating something that connects with people—whether it’s a film, a conversation, or even a small act of kindness. There’s a special kind of joy in seeing an idea go from a spark in your mind to something that makes someone else feel seen, understood, or inspired.

I’m also happiest when I’m around people who share that same energy—collaborators who bring passion, creativity, and a sense of purpose to the table. And honestly, moments of simple beauty—sunsets, live music, a great cup of coffee with a friend—those are fuel for me, too.

Why? Because those moments remind me that life isn’t just about achieving goals; it’s about connection, shared experiences, and the little sparks that make all the hard work worth it.
