Meet Venice Scorzato of Salt Lake City, UT

Today we’d like to introduce you to Venice Scorzato.

Hi Venice, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m a 23-year-old woman born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I still currently reside. I’ve always been deeply immersed in the world of entertainment—from a very young age, I was singing, dancing, acting, and playing piano. My family is full of musicians—my grandmother and aunt were pianists, my uncles and cousins played drums, my brother was a guitarist, and my sister played violin—so creativity and performance were always part of my everyday life. I spent my childhood taking dance, piano, theater, gymnastics, and voice lessons, and performing everywhere from local stages like the Utah State Fair and Mountain America Credit Union Center to more intimate spaces like senior homes.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: musician, comedian, podcast host, dancer, actress, editor, producer—you name it. I’ve truly become a jack of all trades in the entertainment industry, but lately, I’ve been focusing my energy on my work as an international supermodel and content creator. Although I did some modeling training as a child, it wasn’t until October 2024 that I started modeling professionally. Despite having less than a year of experience, I’ve quickly made waves in the industry—thanks in part to my 5’10” frame, my performance background, and my natural confidence in front of the camera and on the runway. Since starting, I’ve already booked multiple shows and editorial photo shoots, one of which was a major project during New York Fashion Week in February 2025. While I can’t share details about that shoot just yet, I can say this journey has been a fast-paced, surreal leap into a new chapter—and I’m just getting started.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I’ve faced my fair share of obstacles and challenges along the way. Getting into a career like modeling has come with a lot of learning curves. One of the biggest things I’ve realized is just how much time, energy, and money it can take—especially when you’re trying to do it the right way. And honestly, I’ve been learning most of it on my own.
There’s so much that goes into building a modeling career beyond just stepping in front of a camera. From creating a solid portfolio to understanding how to brand yourself, network, and prepare for castings and shoots—it’s a lot to take on. I’ve spent countless hours researching, planning, and putting things together from scratch. It’s been incredibly time-consuming, especially because I’ve had to figure out so much. But at the same time, it’s made me more resourceful, independent, and driven. Every challenge I’ve faced has only pushed me to go harder, and I’ve learned so much in the process.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a model based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I specialize in high fashion modeling. My physique, standing tall at 5’10”, along with my clean look—I don’t have any tattoos—makes me a strong fit for high-end runway and editorial work. I’m proud to be able to serve as a blank canvas that designers and creative directors can use to fully bring their visions to life.
Right now, I’m most proud of the work I’ve done in New York City. Getting the opportunity to participate in castings, photoshoots, multiple runways, be featured on Getty Images multiple times (come check out my instagram to see), and so much more in one of the fashion capitals of the world has been an incredible milestone for me, especially as someone who’s still fairly new to the professional modeling world. It’s a reminder that all the time and effort I’ve put into this path is paying off. What sets me apart from others in this industry is my unwavering confidence. No matter what’s going on in my personal life or what the circumstances may be, I never let it affect how I show up professionally. I treat every opportunity with the same level of commitment and passion. My ability to adapt, stay grounded, and carry myself with grace in high-pressure environments is something I take pride in. I always show up with intention, respect, and the ability to fully embody whatever role, character, or aesthetic a designer or creative team is looking for.
At the end of the day, I take my role seriously—not just as a model, but as a muse, an artist, and a collaborator in someone else’s creative process.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
Yes, absolutely. I’ve had so many mentors, supporters, cheerleaders, and people who have played important roles throughout my journey. I truly believe no one makes it on their own, and I’m incredibly grateful for the individuals who’ve helped shape the artist and professional I am today.
One of the first moments that really stuck with me happened when I was in fifth grade. I met the girl who held the title of Miss South Jordan at the time, and she told me something I’ll never forget—to always know my self-worth and to never stop chasing my dreams. That simple but powerful message stayed with me over the years and became a core value in how I approach my life and career.
Since then, I’ve been fortunate to have so many other people support me and push me forward. My once-singing teacher and now entertainment coach, Michelle O’Connell, has played a huge role in my development—not just vocally, but in helping me grow as a confident, well-rounded performer. My runway and modeling coach Ashley Varner has taught me so much about presence, movement, and professionalism in this industry. I also want to give love to my good friend and fellow model Dallas Anselmo, who has been not only a constant inspiration and support system, but has also selflessly given me so many opportunities.
My podcast host and best friend Autumn Price has been a rock for me in so many creative projects, always uplifting me and believing in my voice. Nya Elder, one of my great friends, and a talented actress and director I’ve had the pleasure to work with, has pushed me creatively and shown me the importance of collaboration. And I’ll never forget BreeKel Orton—the very first fashion designer I ever walked for. She took a chance on me and gave me one of my first real opportunities on the runway.
Every one of these people has played a part in my growth, and I carry their influence with me in everything I do.
