Rising Stars: Meet Aaron Byars

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Byars.

Hi Aaron, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
My company started out by picking up litter in the back-country, hiking trails, camping areas, and other outdoor areas that people attend but don’t leave a trace of.

I have opened a Junk Removal Company Called One For All junk Removal LLC from this idea and with this I fund the Litter Cleanup Project thru the company.

Thru the years I have started a Hemp farm for Industrial building materials, biofuel, and paper. I’m in the process of building companies that seek to produce products for a cleaner future for all.

I also have mentored troubled teens and with the farm in Pine Ridge South Dakota, I plan to help troubled teens on them with education on the cannabis plant Sativa L (Hemp) and what resources can be created within our community and sold to help build the community. This all started because I was looking for a resource other than cotton to make fitted suites and clothing which led me to this current journey I’m on.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road of this journey from the litter cleanup project of 11 years now in 2023, building a hemp farm since 2018 and a Junk removal company since 2021 has been a journey well traveled but one needed for all the knowledge I have gained along the way. I still have the energy to keep going forward so that’s the plan.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
The thing I like the most about my Junk Removal Company, I get the ability to help others get rid of unwanted items around their properties. I do understand that the majority of items can be recycled or reused to help reduce the amount in landfills, so we take those steps.

I get to help others and with the project, I also get to help mother earth where she isn’t being helped, the back country. What helps others, helps me and we all win. One For All and within the time it should transform into All For One. The Hemp cultivation and production farm for resources better fit for the planet and humans also will help in the near and far future we all plan for,
