“BRXDY THE ARTIST is a visionary graphic artist from Ogden, Utah, who has rapidly made a name for himself in the music industry. With a journey that began in early 2019, BRXDY has cultivated an impressive catalog, collaborating with platinum and notable artists such as Lil Wayne, Polo G, and Hunxho.
Self-taught and driven by an unrelenting passion, BRXDY has navigated the complexities of the art world without a mentor, relying on his innate talent and dedication to learning. Through perseverance and hard work, he has created opportunities for himself, crossing paths with influential figures who have shaped his artistic style.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
“My journey as an artist has been far from smooth. There have been countless ups and downs, times when I felt like giving up, and moments of self-doubt. But despite the challenges, I persevered. From humble beginnings, creating art on a cracked iPhone 7, to now being published in COMPLEX and featured on multiple podcasts, I’ve proven to myself that with determination and hard work, anything is possible.”
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in creating custom artwork for music artists and brands. My work has been featured on various platforms, including COMPLEX Magazine, and I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with notable artists such as Lil Wayne, Polo G, and Hunxho.
What sets me apart is my unique blend of street art and high-end design. I’m known for my bold, vibrant, and often surreal visuals that capture the essence of my clients’ brands. My art is not just about aesthetics; it’s about telling a story and evoking emotions.
I’m most proud of the progress I’ve made since starting my journey with just a cracked iPhone 7. From humble beginnings to gaining recognition in the industry, especially the chain I designed for Polo G. it’s been an incredible ride. I’m proud to have stayed true to my vision and to have built a loyal following of clients and supporters who appreciate my unique style.
What I’m most proud of is the fact that I’ve been able to turn my passion into something bigger and that my art has been able to inspire and influence others. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.”
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
“I’ve learned that being open to new connections, experiences, and perspectives is key. It’s about having a positive attitude and being approachable, while also being coachable and receptive to advice. By being open-minded and willing to listen, you can uncover new opportunities and grow both personally and professionally.”
