Today we’d like to introduce you to Kailee Pete.
Hi Kailee, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
My name is Kailee Pete and I’m the Global Operations Director for Raiden Marketing Agency. Raiden Marketing Agency was established in 2014 by Raiden Ruiz and I joined the company at the beginning of 2022. RMA has provided services throughout the United States and Globe.
We strive to help the marketing and digital media discourse community to become a prosperous place for businesses to flourish no matter how large or small – for our main mission is to see our clients succeed and grow. From representing Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighters and Various athletes to Government contracts including The Department of Defense, Municipalities, and Local Politics, and being in our second year of sponsoring of The University of New Mexico’s athletics division- our scope is large and wide.
This company brings your vision to life and we work every day to ensure our clients are outperforming all their competition. My favorite part of working for RMA has been meeting members of our community that has made huge impacts on the world. Aligning ourselves with our clients and seeing all their ideas come to life is extraordinary. Nothing beats working with people who wants to make the seemingly impossible, possible.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
With any business, there are periods of finding your groove, assessing obstacles and setbacks, and being able to identify what needs to shift. As the Global Operations Director, I’ve had the duty to look at the entire picture of RMA to find solutions to make any process we’re in run seamlessly. We must work as a team and identify our strengths to ensure the wheel of functionality turns effortlessly. Together, we’re able to thrive in an environment that fosters growth and success.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We are dedicated to all our clients and provide them with cinematic quality multimedia at an affordable price. We can create media in 6K or 4K UHD. Our drones record video in 4k. We use high-performance computers to deliver quality media assets on time.
We understand all aspects of the business from legal, creation processes, cost, sales, budgets, copyright/trademarks, security, and intellectual property, and Work with all levels of stakeholders within Government & Professional Businesses. We protect and back up (weekly) intellectual property on our client’s storage devices. Archiving and organization are pertinent to our success.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
As a child, I grew up around my Italian Family in Upstate, NY till I moved to New Mexico at the age of 6. I loved planting flowers and vegetables with my grandmother, making meatballs with the entire family, and then watching my grandmother take photos of everything in between.
Both sets of My Grandparents have a family album for everything – I’d always ask them to pull the albums out when I was little, and still till this day, so we could see the pictures that developed. Capturing memories has always stayed with me – you’ll always find me snapping away to make sure we don’t forget the memories we cherish the most.
