Hi Oswaldo , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
This story begins with the dream of two brothers OSWALDO TOVAR and EREN TOVAR, entrepreneurial lovers of cooking, who at each family gathering or with friends, prepared different dishes to share with them and always received compliments on their seasoning, comments such as: -If you dedicated yourself to selling food you would be a success. From there the big doubt began, that if we started in the food business, more people who did not know us would be able to taste our different dishes and with a warm and familiar service, but that For different reasons they had not been able to consolidate, the dream was promoted a thousand times from the space of an apartment, to the corner of a garage in a house, but there have always been interruptions or different obstacles due to which it has not been possible to continue. .
Until, in 2023, we decided to start selling food on the weekends, only to take away, and our food was very well received. We wanted to repeat it every weekend, but due to a permanent job that we each had, we couldn’t. be constant, but we still kept receiving messages asking what day we would sell food again.
Until in 2024 we moved to a house, and decided that this project requires more effort, dedication and space, which is why together with my brother EFREN TOVAR and my husband JULIAN GARNICA, we registered PROVECHO MEXICAN CUISINE, now as a formal company. , where its main activity is the sale of food, every weekend we decide to sell food, bringing to all of Utah, as well as serving private events and festivals within the states, dishes such as pozole, birria tacos and chicken flautas, but This dream goes even further, our purpose is to have our own space to receive all our guests and give them a unique flavor experience. We know that this will not be easy and that we still have a lot to learn and build, but We will not give up until we can consolidate our dream and have the pleasure of saying PROVECHO!!,

It has not been calm at all, however we continue in the fight and in the perseverance to consolidate our dreams
