Today we’d like to introduce you to Sheralyn Bennett.
Hi Sheralyn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My husband Chris & I met at UVSC (now UVU) in early 2005 and got married in 2006. We lived in an apartment for a few years & had interest in real estate after attending a seminar about investing in real estate. We found we were paying almost as much in rent as it would be to purchase a home. In 2008 we purchased our first home. We were excited to have our own yard for our dogs. Since then we have purchased several properties along the way.
Chris has been a Realtor since 2012. He grew up in American Fork, Utah. He loves to invest in Real Estate and manages our rental properties. Chris loves music, photography, traveling, fashion and dogs.
I have been a Realtor since 2009. I have over 5 years of new construction experience and a great background on the process of homes being built. I grew up mainly in Payson & Orem, Utah. I love to hike, read, hang out with my dogs, travel and of course…. real estate!
We are focused on our clients and want to develop a long lasting relationship with them by working by referral. Many clients become dear friends.
We want to make sure that every client gets treated equally and professionally regardless if they are family or someone we just met. We want to strive to give quality service by being responsive, being attentive to the clients needs, be able to educate and help eliminate as much stress as possible in the process.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In the start of my career, I had a hard time getting people to take me seriously (I was young and also had braces, ha)
There are always challenges with real estate market cycles & issues, but that is also what makes real estate exciting. Always something new 🙂 We are constantly learning & keeping updated on changes within our industry.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We specialize in new construction & first time home buyers. We have made it onto the Best of Utah Valley Realtors list 9 years in a row (this is voted on by the public).
Honestly what makes us the most proud is helping our clients/friends accomplish their goals in real estate, whether it be upgrading, building their dream home, buying an investment property, etc.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
We love living in Orem, We are close to the mountains & trails, Utah Lake, great shopping & restaurants.
It is getting busier than it was, but that seems to be widespread throughout Utah. This is a desirable state to live in.
